FitQuest Fitness No Contract Membership Terms:

• I understand that I am signing up for a No Contract Membership and that I am responsible to pay $40 per month until the time comes that I cancel.
• I understand that I can cancel this membership at any time for any reason with 30 days written notice.
• I agree to allow automatic withdrawal of $40 from my checking/credit card account every month.
• I agree that payments shall begin to be deducted the day that I join and then each month thereafter (on that same date) until the time I cancel.
