We are very proud of our facility and what we offer, and that includes our
fabulous rates for membership.
There are NO high pressure sales people, in fact we
have NO sales staff. You do
not need to make an appointment to see our facility and you are not
"required" to take a tour just to try us out. Our staff is always more then happy to show you around and show you
what we have to offer, but if you just want to come in and try us out for ONE DAY FREE with absolutely no hassle, then please do
so.

All of our memberships include unlimited
group fitness classes
An equipment
orientation with a personal trainer is available to ALL members for $30. This fee includes one session with a personal trainer who will thoroughly explain the equipment to you. The trainer will also assess the equipment and weight limits that would be best for you, based on your personal information. In addition, you will also receive a Personal Workout Sheet which you will be able to follow the next time you visit the gym.
NEW YEAR's SPECIAL ~ One-Year Membership ~ Sign up between 1/1 and 1/14 and no payment will be due until 2/15! At that time, you will be automatically charged $35 for the next 12 months.
