BARRY LOVELACE - Barry is the owner of FitQuest Fitness. He is also a member of Team Men's
Fitness, has been featured in Men's Health, is an internationally recognized fitness professional and the
creator of Training 4 Your Sport, a line of athlete and core training videos. Barry specializes in creating
powerful and extremely conditioned athletes as well as incredible core strength. Athletes of all ages and
levels are using these training techniques worldwide and teams who utilize this training are winning National and
State Championships.

KIM FALLON - Hi I'm Kim. Let’s just say that I haven’t always been fit, but I changed that
about 25 years ago and have been living the health and wellness lifestyle ever since. As a Certified Personal
Fitness Trainer I am sincerely dedicated to helping others make the same positive changes to their lives. Living in
a healthy, well balanced state of being is within our reach and it’s easier than you may realize. I will work
at least as hard as you do towards your success.

LIZ WEYRAUCH -
My name is Liz and I believe that being fit is the most important thing you can do for yourself! I am an elementary
Health & Physical education teacher, a fitness instructor, and a new mom! My passion has been health and
fitness for as long as I can remember! I have an extensive background in health and fitness including a masters
degree in exercise science. I can promise you that when you are at my training sessions you will increase your
heart rate, burn calories, work hard, and of course laugh and have fun! I can sum up my entire philosophy on health
and fitness in this one quote, "If you don't take care of your body, where will you live?" I hope to see you
soon!

JANET YARKO - I have been an active person most of my life. I made the transition
from being a participant to instructing and teaching in
2000. I have always been passionate about exercise and all the
positive mind and body effects that it has. The world of exercise, training and coaching has given my life more clarity,
focus and direction. I have expanded my passion to help others
achieve and experience the same priceless
results. I always look forward to making a difference in an individual's life by training and coaching them toward their
goals.
