POWER Group Power is your HOUR OF POWER!
This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an
inspiring, motivating group environment with
fantastic music and awesome instructors. With
simple, athletic movements such as squats,
lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for
all ages and fitness levels.

STEP Discover new heights
with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60
minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time! Energetic
music and motivating instructors create an awesome group experience!

ZUMBA
Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow
moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to
work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing
an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant
to engage and captivate for life! (60 MINUTES)
ZUMBA TONING
Zumba toning is an innovative muscle training program. With the addition of light weight
toning sticks or hand weights this excitng Zumba program ofers participants a safe effective total body
toning workout. (45 minutes)
Flirty Girl
Fitness
BOOTY BEAT This fat burning dance class will get your heart AND hips pumping. We take our moves
straight from the hottest videos and coolest dance
floorsand incorporate them into a
fat burning, super-fun routine. This class takes plain old aerobics to a whole new
level!
Basic
Training The only thing missing is the Drill
Sergeant! NO choreography! NO dancing! No fancy steps! This class is
all about endurance training. Perform varying drill
exercises for speed, endurance, strength
and agility and get your body ready for action! Members, REPORT FOR
DUTY! (45 Minutes)
Yoga When we practice yoga we discover the
amazing ability of the body to move, balance, lift and support; we increase the ability of the mind to
focus and release preconceived notions. Join us for the journey. (60 Minutes)
Tabata
Intervals A high intensity training
method proven to produce incredible gains in endurance, build lean muscle and speed
fat loss. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum
intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times for a total of
four minutes. This cycle is done four times. (30 Minutes)
Core Moves A strong core is the powerhouse
of the body and the foundation of all movement - don't ignore this crucial area!
Creatively train your stabilizer muscles in this great class.
(15 Minutes)
The classes at FitQuest are designed so that each participant can
work at their own fitness level, and we encourage you to do
so.
