When we opened FitQuest Fitness we set out to create a place where people can come and get a great workout with high quality equipment and group fitness classes but without all the 'negatives' that go on in many gyms. We ourselves have been members of gyms that were smelly, dirty and crowded. We ourselves have dealt with the feeling of intimidation that too often come with a gym membership. We ourselves have been members of gyms where equipment sits broken down for weeks on end. We ourselves have dealt with gym managers and 'trainers' who are only interested in you when they are selling you something. We wanted FitQuest Fitness to be a place that people look forward to coming to. A place that is all about taking some time for yourself and getting a great workout and we believe that we have done that.
